This page is maintained by TherapickMind to describe how TherapickMind School Connect ("the platform") handles data belonging to partner schools, students, parents, and staff. It is provided for transparency and is not a regulatory certification.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you and your school provide when requesting collaboration, signing in, and using the platform. This includes school details, staff contact information, student demographic and educational records, screening responses, IEP goals, counselling notes, and therapy session logs.

2. How we use information

Data is used only to deliver wellbeing, screening, counselling, IEP and therapy services to the partner school, to generate reports, and to improve our service quality. We never sell student data.

3. Confidentiality of student records

Student records, case notes and clinical observations are confidential. Access is restricted by role-based access control. Counselling and case notes are visible only to authorised TherapickMind clinical staff and the school's nominated counsellor.

4. Data security

The platform uses encrypted transport (HTTPS), database-level row security, and audit logging for sensitive changes. Access requires authenticated sign-in; school admins manage their own user list.

5. Data retention

We retain student and school data for the duration of the partnership and any agreed post-engagement period described in the MoU. On termination, data is archived and may be deleted on written request from the school's authorised contact.

6. Parents' rights

Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's records through the school's nominated administrator. We support schools in honouring these requests.
