These terms govern access to and use of TherapickMind School Connect by partner schools, their staff, and authorised TherapickMind professionals. By signing in to the platform, you accept these terms together with the Memorandum of Understanding executed between TherapickMind and your school.
1. Partnership scope
Platform access is granted only after a school's collaboration request is approved, an MoU is signed and payment is confirmed. Access is tied to the active subscription plan.
2. Acceptable use
Users will sign in only with their own credentials, will not share access, and will use the platform solely for the wellbeing and educational care of their students. Bulk export, reverse-engineering and unauthorised third-party integration are prohibited.
3. Confidentiality
All student information visible on the platform is confidential. Users must not disclose student data outside the school's authorised circle of care.
4. Roles and responsibilities
TherapickMind provides the platform, clinical services and reports under the MoU. The school is responsible for nominating administrators, managing its user list, providing accurate student information, and obtaining parental consent where applicable.
5. Service availability
TherapickMind will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the platform available. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
6. Suspension and termination
TherapickMind may suspend access for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms or the MoU. Either party may terminate the partnership per the MoU. On termination, platform access is revoked.
7. Limitation of liability
The platform supports — but does not replace — qualified clinical judgement, safeguarding policies and the school's duty of care. TherapickMind is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of platform data.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to school administrators by email.
